Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the KL77 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, someone else's name or a false identity — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these terms.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your KL77 account. Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact KL77 support immediately at support@kl77.best.
KL77 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other FPX-supported banks). KL77 does not accept payments via foreign methods or any method not listed on the platform.
The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, KL77 reserves the right to apply a maximum limit based on VIP tier and account history. All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name — KL77 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Deposits made via unrecognised payment methods or deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation. kl77 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Kl77 members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Daily withdrawal limits vary according to a member's VIP tier. Diamond members enjoy unlimited daily withdrawals, while Bronze and Silver members are subject to limits set by KL77. Check your current limit via your KL77 account panel.
Kl77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review and compliance purposes. In such cases, the kl77 team will contact the member within 24 hours for further information.
KL77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements as specified in each individual offer. A rollover requirement is the condition of wagering the bonus amount a set number of times before it can be withdrawn as cash.
The kl77 VIP Rewards Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP tier progression is calculated based on points accumulated from every RM1 wagered on the platform. VIP points can be converted to cash at a rate that varies depending on the member's current VIP tier.
KL77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion or VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members. Such changes do not entitle members to claim any form of compensation.
All games on the kl77 platform — including Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), online slots, football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), e-sports betting (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant), and all other games — are operated in accordance with the specific rules governing each title.
For Sports Betting and e-sports betting, kl77 uses internationally accredited third-party odds providers. Any changes to odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect bets that have already been placed. kl77 is not liable for losses resulting from sports or game outcomes that are beyond the platform's control.
As a kl77 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
KL77 reserves the right to take action against any member who engages in the conduct described above, including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral of appropriate cases to the relevant authorities.
Kl77 accounts that show no login activity or transactions for a period of 90 consecutive days will be considered "inactive". KL77 will send an email notice to the member concerned before any action is taken on the account.
For accounts that have been inactive for more than 180 days, KL77 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Any bonus balance held in an inactive account will be forfeited immediately.
To reactivate an inactive account, log in to the kl77 platform and complete at least one transaction. If you are having difficulty logging in, contact kl77 support at support@kl77.best.
KL77 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
If an account is closed due to a violation, all remaining balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited. If the closure is at the member's own request or due to a technical reason with no violation involved, kl77 will process the withdrawal of any valid balance in accordance with standard procedures.
Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting KL77 support. Such requests will be processed within 3 business days.
KL77 makes every effort to provide a continuous, secure and uninterrupted service. However, KL77 cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without technical disruptions, delays or system errors. KL77 is not liable for:
Kl77's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
KL77 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date.
Continued use of the kl77 platform after the effective date of any amendments will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your kl77 account before the amendment takes effect.
